蒙古国政府发送取消与奥尤陶拉盖签订协议的建议公文

据蒙通社报道，蒙古国政府19日向奥尤陶拉盖发送取消2014年蒙古国政府与 奥尤陶拉盖签订的 “在南部地区开展电力供应开展合作协议”建议公文。按2009 年签订的投资协议，奥尤陶 拉盖公司承担在4年内建设 发电站的义务。
但通过2014年8月14日签署的“开展电力供应合作补充协议”中指出蒙古国政 府认为奥尤陶拉盖无需承担该义务。因而，奥尤陶拉盖 公司从中国进口电力，年均花1.6亿美元。因而，蒙古国政府认为该协议对蒙方不利，并向投资商发送取消上述协议的建议公文。就这 样，按2009年签署的投资协议，奥尤陶拉盖公司应当承 担以国内来源满足其能源需 求的责任。
