During the conference “Biodiversity of microorganisms, its protection and appropriate usage”, researchers highlighted the importance of microorganisms in restoring soil to its original state, curing infections that have developed antibiotic-resistant bacteria and production.

Climate Caravan: Environmental Education for a Changing World

Red deer fawns relocated in Khantaishir Range
The relocation of red deers in Gobi-Altai aimag for blood transfusion and breeding purposes has been implemented for the second year. Ten red deer were relocated from Khustai National Park to the Khantaishir Range in Khaliun soum of Gobi-Altai aimag on July 8.
Mongolia receives 238 thousand foreign tourists in the first half of 2018
In the first half of 2018, 2.8 million persons crossed the border of Mongolia. Majority of inbound passengers or 39.2% have crossed through Zamiin-Uud border crossing, whereas 17.2% through Buyant-Ukhaa, 12.3% Gashuunsukhait, 11.0% Altanbulag, 7.3% Shiveekhuren, and 13.0% other border crossings.
