Department of Environment and Tourism of Gobi-Altai aimag announced that the aimag is celebrating ‘Earth Hour’ under the theme ‘Let’s switch from incandescent lamp to energy-saving lamp’ on March 24.

Non-standard toilets to be banned in Special Protected Areas
The Ministry of Environment and Tourism bans use of non-standard toilets in Special Protected Areas starting from June 1, 2018. Regarding the decision five recommendations and official letters have been sent to the Special Protected Area Administrations since last April.
