Digital Human Resources Information System to Be Introduced to Mongolia's Public Service Sector

Ulaanbaatar, March 6, 2025 /MONTSAME/. On March 6, 2025, the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Protection of Mongolia and the Civil Service Council jointly organized a training to inform public service workers of a new digital human resources management information system.
With the full integration of the digital system into the operations of the family, labor, and social protection sector, human resource officers will be able to carry out tasks such as registration, monitoring, issuing orders and decisions, announcing job vacancies, and employer's statements, which will be all done electronically, creating a paperless, transparent, and open process.
