Golomt Bank wins "Modern Technologies Led innovation" Award from “Infosys Client Innovation Awards-2020”

Golomt Bank was nominated in four categories for “Infosys
Client Innovation Awards 2020” organized by “Infosys”, a
leading international software supplier, and Digital Bank 5.0 and UFC systems were selected for “Modern
Technologies Led innovation” category. More than
300 banking products and services were nominated and as a result of variety
of indicators of
judgement for two-month, Golomt bank was selected for the
second year in a row.
The Digital Bank 5.0 update provides Internet banking and smart banking applications, UI design, easy-to-use menus, an artificial intelligence-based personal finance management module, AI chatbot, and more. UFC system including advanced technologies such as handwriting recognition technology, government information exchange systems, product offering, QR codes, and package sales has reduced customer service time, centralized multiple systems, and streamlined service processes.
