Oil explorations to be intensified

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Government assigned appropriate minister and governors at all levels to work on supporting the companies that are conducting oil explorations under production sharing contracts, boosting their activities, and increasing petroleum reserves to ensure the oil refinery with a continuous supply.
At its meeting on December 11, the Cabinet also approved the Mongolia-Russia Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement on Counter-Terrorism and Mongolia-Kazakhstan Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement on Counter-Terrorism. Under the agreements, the sides will exchange information on terrorist attacks and terror suspects and groups and cooperate in detecting, preventing, and intercepting planned terrorist attacks.
