Mongolia and China to exchange experience in cultural field

/MONTSAME/ N.Oyundari, MP and Head of the Mongolia-China parliamentary group, met with a delegation headed by Li Wei, cultural counselor of the
Chinese Embassy in Mongolia and Director of the Chinese Cultural Center in
Ulaanbaatar, on April 30.
The sides talked
about the development of bilateral cultural, humanitarian, and tourism
cooperation. In particular, they brought up the issues of implementing programs
to have cultural and arts workers of the two countries exchange experience, intensifying
provincial cooperation, and enhancing cultural cooperation between the two
countries under the Belt and Road initiative.
"The 290th anniversary of Altanbulag soum of Selenge aimag will be marked on May 28-29. Within this framework, the Mongolia-Russia-China international scientific conference is to be organized with a purpose to expand the
existing cooperation among the countries and support operations of the free
zone," informed MP N.Oyundari.
For her part, Ms. Li Wei said she is working in Selenge aimag this week to explore ways to further deepen cooperation in rural areas while speaking of the broad opportunities for boosting bilateral humanitarian and cultural cooperation.
