Emergency officials attend Experience Sharing Workshop: Making Cities Sustainable and Resilient

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. First Deputy Director of the Emergency Management Department of the Capital City, Lieutenant Colonel N.Nyamkhorloo and Disaster Protection and Prevention Expert of the Governor’s Office of the Capital City E.Orgiltsogtslokh are attending the experience sharing workshop, ‘Making Cities Sustainable and Resilient’, organized by the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNISDR).
The workshop taking place in Incheon, Republic of Korea is being attended by about 70 representatives of 20 countries.
With aims of creating fundamental knowledge about reducing disaster risks and sustainable development, building disaster resilience in cities and developing an action plan, the workshop is to continue until March 9.
