Events in Ulaanbaatar:
November 3: Parliamentary
party caucuses will hold meetings.
November 3: World
Philosophy Day is observed.
November 3: A briefing will
be held on the “Interim Population and Housing Census 2025.”
November 3: The opening
ceremony of the project “Promoting cleantech innovation and entrepreneurship
for green jobs in Mongolia” will take place.
November 3: A discussion titled “Combating Gender-Based Violence through Artificial Intelligence – Protecting the Safety of Women Journalists” will be held.

November 3: The “Altan
Namar 2025” (Golden Autumn 2025) music festival, annually organized by the
Mongolian Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (MOSCAP), will be held
at the Mongolian State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet.
November 3, 4: Standing
Committees of the State Great Khural (Parliament) will meet.
November 5: A plenary
session of the State Great Khural (Parliament) will be held.
November 5: Winners of the
Association Cup tournament, organized for the first time by the Mongolian
Basketball Association, will be announced.
November 6: The “Gaijin:
Mongol Samurai” play will open at the Ulaanbaatar theatre.

November 8: A conference of
researchers and scholars who obtained a doctor’s degree in the Republic of
Korea, “K-PHD Forum 2025,” will take place.
-The “Negen Tsul” (One Whole)
exhibition by Sukhburen Narankhuu, an International Artist Member of UNESCO’s International
Academy of Ceramics (IAC), will be displayed at the Mongolian Union of Artists
art gallery until November 10, 2025.
-Registrations for Winter Enrollment
Exams will close on November 14, 2025.
Local Events:
November 4: The “Gobi Art” fine arts exhibition will open at the Umnugobi aimag’s Musical Drama Theatre.

November 7: The Ninth
Meeting of the Ministers of Tourism of Mongolia, China, and Russia will be held
in Darkhan-Uul aimag.
November 7: An
international academic conference for teachers of 2025 will be organized at the
Arkhangai aimag branch of the Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE).
November 7-9: The “Untei
Uvul” (Warm Winter) fair will take place in Zavkhan aimag.
-The national inventory of movable
cultural and historical heritage items will continue until November 20, 2025,
in Khovd aimag.
Events Abroad:
November 4-6: The Fifth
Mongolian Students and Youth Overseas Conference (MSYOC 2025) will be organized
in Istanbul, Republic of Türkiye.
November 9: A total of 21
Mongolian sumo wrestlers will compete in the November Basho organized by the
Japan Sumo Association in Fukuoka, Japan.
-The “Transformation” exhibition
by artist Narantsatsral Ganbold is on display until November 16, 2025, at the Jaime Lobo e Silva Cultural Center in
Ericeira, Portuguese Republic.
-The “Mongolia – A Journey Through Time” special exhibition is on display until February 26, 2026, at the Rietberg Museum in Zurich, Swiss Federation.
