/MONTSAME/. Techweek 2025, the first technology event organized in line
with international standards in Mongolia, commenced on September 22, 2025.

held under the theme “Digital First,” technological development, innovation,
policy, and investment opportunities will be discussed across over 50 events in
21 aimags and the capital city. “In other words, Techweek-2025 is a preparation
for the largest event in the communications and information technology sector,
ICT EXPO 2026,” explained the organizers.
Fintech companies convened, presenting
the sector’s new solutions and innovations, while scholars of the Mongolian Academy

On September 26, 2025, a national plenary session will be held at the
Government Palace. Through these events, participants will gain access to
knowledge about new technologies, innovations, future trends, experience
sharing, investment opportunities, and government policies aimed at fostering
the growth of this sector. This new standard set by the National IT Park aims
to ensure the sustainable development of the tech industry, improve its policy
and legal environment, support innovation, and expand international
cooperation.
Director of the National IT Park, Zolzaya
Jargalsaikhan, stated, “We are not just organizing a one-time event; we are uniting result-oriented
solutions and practical outcomes, with the ICT community gathering at the Government
Palace. Technology often provokes a sense of fear in some people. But in fact,
it makes your life lighter and simpler. We want to demonstrate this, while also
creating an open platform where anyone interested, curious, or experimenting
with technology can participate. From today until the 25th of this month, a
variety of events will take place. On the 26th, the ICT Forum will convene at
the Government Palace. By next year’s Techweek, we expect to have achieved 80
percent of the commitments and plans we set this year.”
