Mongolian Team Ranks 16th at the Paris 2024 Olympics

Ulaanbaatar, July 29, 2024 /MONTSAME/. As of the third day of the Paris 2024 Olympics, 28 out of 206 participating countries have won medals.
Athletes from 12 of these countries have stood on the podium to receive gold medals while their national anthems played. Japan leads the medal table with four gold medals, followed by Australia, the USA, France, China, and South Korea. In terms of total medal count, the USA leads with 12 medals.
Meanwhile, Mongolia is ranked 16th with one silver medal. This medal was won by B. Baasankhuu in the women's 48 kg judo category.
