Deputy Labor Minister works in western aimags

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection S.Zulfikar, International Organization for Migration (IOM) Program Manager Victor Lutenco and project team members held meetings with Governors and Deputy Governors of Khovd and Bayan-Ulgii aimags. 

 

They exchanged views on documentation and employment issues faced by internal migrants of Khovd and Bayan-Ulgii aimags and agreed to implement a project to support employment for internal migrants moving to rural areas.

 


During his visit to Khovd aimag, Deputy Minister S.Zulfikar also attended the opening of the Job Center created at the local Labor and Welfare Service Department as part of the World Bnak’s Employment Support Project and visited the construction site of the aimag’s Development Center for Persons with Disabilities being built with funding support from the Asian Development Bank.
