Parliamentary Research Institute to cooperate with KOICA
PoliticsUlaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. On October 7, Senior Advisor to the
Speaker of Parliament D.Lundeejantsan and Director of the Parliamentary
Research Institute of the Secretariat of Parliament T. Bayarmaa met with Resident
Representative of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Mongolia Jo
Haeng-Lan.
D.Lundeejantsan thanked the KOICA for its long-year technical
cooperation with the Secretariat of the Parliament within the ‘Digital
Parliament’ project. He also asked support to develop partnership between the
Parliamentary Research Institute of Mongolia and the Research Service of the
S.Korean National Assembly and capacity strengthening of the
Secretariat of the Parliament of Mongolia.
Ms. Jo Haeng-Lan expressed readiness to cooperate with the Secretariat of the Parliament and the Parliamentary Research Institute for the capacity strengthening, and provided information on the possibilities of implementing projects to train the staff of the Secretariat, promote digital Parliament and introduce digital technology into the library of the Parliament.
