Khan Bank receives Euromoney award for tenth time

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Euromoney Magazine, which assesses developments and trends in the global banking and financial industry, has named Khan Bank the Best Bank in Mongolia for the tenth time. The award recognizes Khan Bank’s contributions to Mongolian society and the economy, the new products and services made available to customers and the public, digital banking upgrades, corporate social responsibility initiatives, corporate governance, and reliable, financial stability.


Euromoney has been a leading publication in international finance and banking for 50 years. The Euromoney Awards for Excellence were established in 1992 to define the global banking sector’s development level and trends.




Khan Bank is Mongolia’s only bank to receive this prestigious award for the tenth times, proving its dominance in the Mongolian banking industry. It is rare in Euromoney awards history for a bank to receive ten Euromoney awards within 14 years. In recent years, Khan Bank has been recognized by international magazines that assess developments and trends in the banking sector, honoring banks that improve the quality of their products and services, and that implement projects and programs that benefit society.

Khan Bank was named Best Bank in Mongolia by FinanceAsia and Global Finance, and Best Digital Bank and Best Bank by Asiamoney, all in 2019. All these magazines define the best of the world’s banking and financial sector.
