President of the Czech Academy of Sciences to visit Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS) D.Regdel received First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Czech Mr. Oldrich Zajicek on August 16.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the organization of the upcoming visit of Ms. Eva Zazimalova, President of the Czech Academy of Sciences (CAS), to Mongolia between September 30 and October 1, renewal of the cooperation agreement between the academies and expansion of joint research in natural sciences and technology.
President of the MAS D.Regdel noted that researchers of the two academies had close cooperation prior to the 90’s, highlighting that the visit of CAS President Eva Zazimalova will play an important role in expanding cooperation and implementing joint research projects.
Mr. Oldrich Zajicek expressed readiness to support the expansion of cooperation between the academies, joint research projects and training young researchers in the Czech Republic.
