/MONTSAME/ First Deputy Chief of the Cabinet Secretariat G.Bayasgalan exchanged
views with the World Bank Country Manager Mr. Andrei Mikhnev on Smart
Government Project on May 28. The project is being implemented within the objective to make public services more accountable, efficient, transparent and accessible
using advances in information technology.
The Government
of Mongolia is prioritizing digital transition and people-centered public
services and it launched introduction of digital transition fully in six public
organizations. State enterprise architecture designing, platform, national data center in reserve and technological expansion of ‘Hur’ system are becoming the basis
of the digital transition, noted First Deputy Chief of the Cabinet Secretariat
G.Bayasgalan.
The WB Country Manager underlined that the first model of the project is being
developed accurately. He also added that Smart Government Project is one of the priority significant projects that bring its benefits to Mongolia.
In the framework of the project, e-Property registration system has been fully introduced throughout the country.
