Cabinet meeting in brief

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ At its
regular meeting on January 9, the Cabinet decided the following issues.
- The Cabinet supported
in principle a draft of the President’s decree on this year’s nationwide
celebration of 150th birth anniversary of the Eighth Jebtsundamba,
leader of the national revolution of 1911 in Mongolia.
- The Government will
fund erecting of a bronze monument on the occasion of 125th birth anniversary
of State and Social Figure and former Prime Minister Ts.Jigjidjav. The monument
will be erected in the park named after PM Ts.Jigjidjav, located in
Baruun-Urt, Sukhbaatar aimag.
- It was decided to allot MNT10 million from Government Reserve Fund for medical treatment of State Laureate, Outstanding Cultural Figure and composer B.Sharav and People’s Artist and two-time state prize winner N.Jantsannorov respectively.
