Yokozuna D.Dagvadorj and former Transport Minister A.Gansukh appointed presidential agents

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ President Kh.Battulga issued a decree on August 3 on appointing D.Dagvadorj and A.Gansukh the presidential agents. Mr Dagvadorj Dolgorsuren, the 68th grand champion of professional sumo, is being appointed the President’s agent in charge of Mongolia-Japan affairs. Mr Gansukh Amarjargal is being assigned as the agent in charge of Mongolia-Russia-China trilateral relations.

Gansukh Amarjargal had started off his career as a lawyer at the Public Property Committee, and worked as Director of Administration Office of Trade Development Bank and Chairman as the Public Property Committee. He was an attorney at the Mongolian Attorneys Association. A.Gansukh is a former Vice Minister for Construction and Urban Development, a former Minister for Road and Transport and worked as a Legal Policy Advisor to the State Great Khural (Parliament).

Dagvadorj Dolgorsuren is a State Honored Athlete of Mongolia, Honorary Doctor at Matsumoto University of Nagano Prefecture of Japan, and the first Mongolian to become a Yokozuna of Japanese professional sumo. He has been making great contributions to bolstering ties between Mongolia and Japan for the last 15 years.
