Cabinet approves Naadam budget at MNT 2.9 billion
During its regular meeting on May 30, the Cabinet approved the budget of Naadam festival, 2227th anniversary of Statehood, 812th anniversary of the Great Mongol Empire and 97th anniversary of Mongolian People’s Revolution  at MNT 2 billion and 981 million.

Mongolia and Germany to intensify intergovernmental agreement

Economy posts 6.1 percent growth
According to the National Statistical Office preliminary performance report of the first four months of 2018, MNT 3.2 trillion was in circulation increased by MNT 188 billion compared to same period of last year. Thus, Mongolian economy increased by 6.1 percent.

Volunteers collected 54 tons of trash
‘Run and collect’ voluntary campaign co-hosted by the Youth Development Department of the capital city, Environment Department of Ulaanbaatar, Transport Department of Ulaanbaatar and Governor’s Office of Bayanzurkh district took place on May 26. The campaign aims at enhancing citizen participation in environment protection and preventing from soil, water contamination and infectious diseases caused by waste.
