Paleontologists to do joint research in Umnugobi aimag

Ulaanbaatar /MONSTAME/ The Fourth International Symposium on Asian Dinosaurs is being organized by the Institute of Paleontology and Geology of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences on July 24-25.
Around 80 researchers from 12 countries including Mongolia, Japan, China, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, and South Korea are attending the conference, presenting the results of their recent studies and sharing new knowledge and information.
After the conference, field training and joint research will be conducted in the fossil sites of Bayanzag and Tugrugiin Shiree in Bulgan soum, Umnugobi aimag between July 26 and 29, Head of the Institute of Paleontology and Geology Kh.Tsogtbaatar said during the event.
