State top officials work in Mongolia-Kuwait research center

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. President Kh.Battulga together with Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh, Minister of Environment and Tourism N.Tserenbat, Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Sports Yo.Baatarbileg and the Governor of the Capital City and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar S.Amarsaikhan worked in Mongolia- Kuwait Research Center in Mongolia on May 26.
The Research Center runs research
works in environment and tourism fields and conducts activities in
safeguarding endangered plants and animals and prevention from soil, water and
air pollution.
The center’s authority informed
that it has formulated a project to conduct joint research together with the
administration of Strictly Protected Area of Bogdkhan Mountain and establish a
protected zone and restore springs in the mountain. It is also preparing to collaborate
with the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research.
The President stressed an importance of making a unified policy for soil fertilizer and technology, which will meet features of Mongolian soil, and bonding research and study works based on the center’s activity.
In addition, project
coordinator for ‘Unified policy of green policy and tourism’ S.Ochir-Erdene
introduced the unified policy documents on tourism.
