Government to Gather Public Input on Certain Actions to Be Implemented Within 100 Days

Ulaanbaatar, July 8, 2025 /MONTSAME/. An irregular session of the Government of Mongolia was held on July 7, 2025. One of the issues discussed at the session was the draft Directive on Some Actions to Be Implemented within 100 Days by the Government of Mongolia.
The draft directive was developed by incorporating the proposals
of relevant ministries, representatives of professionals and researchers, as
well as including urgent and necessary actions in each sector.
The Cabinet decided to seek public input on some proposed actions.
For instance, actions include eliminating overlapping functions at all levels
and ensuring a compact structure; holding negotiations to determine the
percentage of state shares with legal entities operating strategic mineral
deposits; strengthening primary cooperatives and establishing joint
cooperatives in collaboration with herder-members and small- and medium-sized
enterprises and businesses; and expediting the resolution of corruption and
official misconduct cases of public concern in accordance with relevant laws
and regulations.
Prime Minister Zandanshatar Gombojav instructed to gather public proposals regarding the Directive on Some Actions to Be Implemented within 100 Days by the Government of Mongolia and ensure the 100-day action plan reflects measures aligned with social needs and public demand.
