Student rural outreach –program to support financial literacy in local communities

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. As part of Ard's Student Rural Outreach program, participants will work at local communities between June 8 to July 7, 2021. With this paid internship opportunity, students will be completing tasks and conducting events to increase financial education awareness and financial literacy in their local communities and present and introduce Ard's products and services. Students must hail from the local community and be fully vaccinated to apply for this opportunity.
Ard will be extensively training the successful applicants before assigning them to their respective communities and will also provide participants with a guidebook for the program. Furthermore, participants will be compensated during the trip, and Ard will cover all travel expenses for them. In addition, there is a total prize pool of MNT250 million for the top participants.
In addition to paid internships, students will provide financial education to their communities and find employment opportunities at Ard Financial Group after the project closes. In particular, the top 10 participants will receive job offers from Ard.
Just as generation after generation of young people define their country's development and sow the seeds for prosperity, this program's participants will be going to every corner of Mongolia to sow the seeds of financial education.
