The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Mongolia has donated CNY100,000 to support the humanitarian project, ‘Mongolia without Tuberculosis’, initiated by Miss E.Enkhriimaa. Miss E.Enkhriimaa had sent a letter requesting the First Lady of the People’s Republic of China and World Health Organization goodwill ambassador Peng Liyuan to share her experience in the successful implementation of projects. The First Lady replied that she will support the project against tuberculosis initiated by Miss E.Enkhriimaa.

Miss E.Enkhriimaa expressed that she will use the donation to successfully implement the project against tuberculosis in Mongolia by using it in necessary measures in partnership with the doctors and specialists at the National Center for Communicable Diseases and report about it afterwards.

So far, in the frameworks of the operations of the ‘Enkhrii Erdene’ fund, she has organized the public fundraising campaign, ‘100+ tugrug’, of which donations were used for necessary vitamins and supplements for 2,500 patients as well as a drawing contest under the theme, ‘Family without Tuberculosis’, among students and displaying their works as exhibition series. Teaming up with other Mongolian well-known beauty pageant participants, Miss E.Enkhriimaa has also done the infomercial, ‘For Mongolia without Tuberculosis’, to raise public awareness.
