"Ulaanbaatar Marathon - 2024" Attracts Runners from 41 Countries

Ulaanbaatar, May 27, 2024 /MONTSAME/. The "Ulaanbaatar Marathon - 2024," aimed at developing running sports in Mongolia, increasing participation, and promoting physical and mental well-being among youth, was successfully organized for the 9th year on May 25, 2024.
This year, over 30,000 runners representing 41 countries participated in the "Ulaanbaatar Marathon - 2024," showing its growing popularity each year. Runners from various countries, such as Russia, England, Kenya, Japan, and Germany, competed in the event. Additionally, many citizens from aimags of Mongolia took part in the marathon.
The "Ulaanbaatar Marathon - 2024" was organized for the third year in collaboration with "Hipay" LLC and the Governor's Office of Ulaanbaatar City. In addition to the marathon, a variety of art performances, healthy lifestyle booths, recreation areas, and mobile food vendors were available throughout the day. Over 50 sports clubs also presented exciting performances.
