529 residents to own their rented apartments

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At its irregular session of June 1, today, cabinet approved a resolution to transfer the ownership of eight apartments in Ulaanbaatar city and Darkhan-uul aimag, which had been conveyed under Mongolia’s ownership from Russia, to their residents free of charge.


529 residents out of 549, including employees of Eermel LLC, Talkh Chikher LLC, Customs General Administration and National University of Mongolia, who have been renting the apartments since 1998 for 22 years are entitled to receive the apartments under their ownership now.
