Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/.
Authorized by Article 33, Section 1, Clause 7 of the Constitution of Mongolia
and Article 9, Section 1 and Article 15, Section 1 of the Law on the President
of Mongolia, and based on the presidential decree No. 02, issued on March 13,
2019, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga awarded the military rank of
Brigadier General to Colonel D.Gerel, Director of the General Intelligence
Agency, Colonel S.Baatarjav, Commissioner General of the National Police
Agency, and Colonel M.Enkh-Amar, Secretary of the State Emergency Commission.
The ceremony
took place on December 29, on the occasion of the 108th anniversary of the
Restoration of National Freedom and Independence, and President Battulga
presented the certificates of the rank of a General to the recipients.
