Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Prime Minister of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh attended the children’s New Year’s concert organized by Nairamdal International Children’s Center, and presented gifts to the top children of the year, giving remarks.
He said, “The children’s New Year’s concert is one of the main events that children look forward to most throughout the year. This year has been full of productivity, with 338 schools, kindergartens, and educational institutions being put into operation, eliminating three-shifts at schools. May all children be happy in the coming year.”
As the coming year of 2020 is the year of the rat, the concert’s theme revolved around a white rat’s journey in search of happiness, calling for children to have great dreams, and have the persistence to reach it alongside the strength in unity. 90 percent of the children involved in the concert were selected from students of the aimags of Selenge, Khentii, Uvurkhangai, and Dornogobi.
