President confers Order of Glorious Mother

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. In
accordance with provisions in the Clause 7 of Section 1 of Article 33 of the
Constitution of Mongolia and the Section 1 of Article 15 of the Law on the
President of Mongolia, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a
decree on conferring the Order of Glorious Mother, First and Second Class, on
mothers who gave birth to and raised multiple children.
This year, 611 mothers
received the Order of Glorious Mother, First Class, and 8,853 mothers received
the Order of Glorious Mother, Second Class.
On the occasion of the
International Children’s Day, President Battulga presented the Order of
Glorious Mother to some mothers in person in the State Palace and congratulated
them.
