Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. To make meat supply stable, the Cabinet assigned to arrange schedules to
sell reserve meat until June 15 and organize expanded meat sales at markets
on weekends.
At its regular meeting on May 22, corresponding minister and officials were obliged to include the required funding for reserve meat in the Ulaanbaatar city budget , work for ensuring meat sales at domestic market, which must be at up to 20 percent of the export quota, and pay special attention on meeting high demand of meat from March through May when there is low supply of meat.
