Minister B.Enkh-Amgalan gets acquainted with operation of Ulaanbaatar Railway

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Road and Transport Development B.Enkh-Amgalan got acquainted with operation of 'Ulaanbaatar Railway' Mongolian-Russian joint venture on February 14.


While giving some tasks to corresponding officials to resolve pressing issues of the joint venture, the Minister warned to properly submit proposals for protecting interests of rail roaders in draft law on railway transport.


Ulaanbaatar Railway JSC transported 25.8 million tons of cargo last year, reaching its maximum capacity of loading and Minister B.Enkh-Amgalan said that he would pay attention on technological reform of the joint venture.
