Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Deputy Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Sports G.Ganbayar received the ‘Oyuny tulga’ secondary school students who successfully partook in the International Youth Robot Competition held on April 10-16 in Oradea, Romania.

Students of ‘Oyuny tulga’ school at the Toya academy competed with 61 teams of over 20 countries, with two teams winning the third place and one team the fifth place, thus leading in overall team score.

‘Little engineer’ program trainer E.Maral-Erdene said “Mongolian children’s engineering mindset is improving more and more. 10-year-olds having their own programs and robots. Our school is one of the first schools to develop system’s education in Mongolia. We appointed a meeting in order to introduce our achievements to the sector and ministry administrations and to inspire the little engineers. I’m grateful to the Deputy Minister G.Ganbayar for receiving us.”

Deputy Minister G.Ganbayar said that he’s proud of them and wished the children to become skilled engineers.
