700MW power plant to be constructed in Baganuur district

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A power plant at Baganuur coal mine will be constructed with concession agreement. The 700MW power plant will make a significant contribution to reducing air pollution and reduce dependence on energy imports, said Vice President of Financial Management/CFO of Erdenes Mongol G.Ganbold.
At the sub-session of Mongolia Economic Forum 2018 themed ‘Development of Mining and Heavy Industry and Infrastructure’ he ntroduced activities of subsidiaries of Erdenes Mongol LLC. Mr G.Ganbold also noted that Erdenes Mongol has plans to take several measures for Shivee-Ovoo deposit.
