Mongolian memory athletes to be recorded on Guinness World Records

Two Mongolian memory athletes who set new world records of memory sports will be recorded on World Guinness Records, reported Director of the Mongolian Intellectual Academy (MIA) Kh.Khatanbaatar through its website.

A total of 320 memory athletes competed in 10 categories in the 2017 World Memory Championship with a prize fund of USD 100,000, organized on December 5-9 in Shenzhen city, China. Four female athletes of the MIA participated successfully, breaking five world records. A twin athletes N.Munkhshur and N.Enkhshur who competed in adults category have re-set two world records; thus they will be registered on the World Guinness Records.

So far, athletes of the MIA have received a total of 760 medals from memory competitions organized in the USA, Sweden, China, Turkey, Philippines, India, Taiwan, Malaysia, UK, Singapore, South Korea and Indonesia.
