UNFPA invests over MNT350 million in Khuvsgul aimag

Khuvsgul /MONTSAME/. In the framework of the project, ‘Introducing new technologies in management of mother and child health care’, a total of over MNT 350 million has been invested in Khuvsgul aimag.
Thus, a workforce led by Deputy Minister of Health L.Byambasuren and Head of UNFPA Office in Mongolia Kaori Ishikawa worked in Khuvsgul aimag attending the opening ceremony of a training department for intensive care for mothers and infants which was furnished in the framework of the project.
The aimag hospital has been provided with the latest long-distance diagnosis equipment financed by the project since 2017.
