B.Budjargal wins ten-day race in New York

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The Sri Chinmoy Six and Ten-Day Races took place in New York on April 22 - May 2. In the men’s ten-day race, B.Budjargal came first by running 1221.8 km.
Seventy two marathon runners of 27 countries participated in the annual race. Teams of B.Budjargal and Ts.Tuvshinjargal, and IM Sh.Batsaikhan and J.Enkhbaatar competed in the ten and six-day races respectively, showing great results.
In the six-day race, J.Batchimeg won first place in the women’s 50-59 age category with 499.5 km, while IM Sh.Batsukh placed second in the men’s 60-69 age category with 486.7 km. As for Ts.Tuvshinjargal, she dropped out of the race due to injury.
