/MONTSAME/. The IX Tourism Ministerial Meeting of Mongolia, China, and
Russia will be held on November 7, 2025, in Darkhan-Uul aimag, Mongolia.
The Meeting aims to deepen
trilateral tourism cooperation by discussing joint initiatives and projects to
be implemented in line with the extension of the “Mongolia-China-Russia
Economic Corridor Program” until 2031. In addition to evaluating the progress
and outcome of cooperation in 2025, views will be shared on developing cross-border
tourism, increasing passenger flow through border checkpoints, formulating an
integrated year-round tourism policy, and utilizing digital transformation and advanced
information technology.
B2B meetings and a business forum will
be organized among representatives of tourism organizations from the three
countries, providing a platform to hold direct negotiations and reach
cooperation agreements. Furthermore, plans have been made to launch the “Tea
Road” International Car Rally, a new tripartite cooperation project aimed at stabilizing
regional tourism flows, enhancing economic benefits, and expanding cultural relations.
