Ulaanbaatar, June 3, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Mongolian circus performers have been awarded the “Silver Crown” at the International “Circus Princess” Festival held annually in Saratov, the Russian Federation. The Festival took place between May 22 and June 1, 2025.

Specifically, circus performers Azjargal Damba and Batchimeg Batbekh successfully participated in the international competition with their aerial performance and returned home after receiving the “Silver Crown.” The 11th “Circus Princess” Festival gathered female performers from 17 countries. In addition, Bud Tumurbaatar served as a judge at the Festival.

While Russian performers received the Grand Prix Award at the Festival, performers from Mongolia and the United States were awarded silver and bronze prizes. Since the beginning of 2025, Mongolian circus performers have achieved notable success, winning gold, silver, and bronze prizes at four international competitions.

Furthermore, the “Ulaanbaatar Circus Days 2025,” dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Circus School of Mongolia, was held in April 2025, drawing an audience of approximately 28,000 people across 21 performances.
