Over 27900 people donate during online concert

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. In partnership with Mongol TV and National Emergency Management Agency, Mongolia’s rock band ‘Khurd’ performed an online concert on March 8, on the occasion of the International Women’s Day.

With aims to contribute to preventive measures against Covid-19 spread, the band’s concert was live-streamed on Mongol TV and webpages of NEMA, Khurd band, and Mongol TV.

The online concert lasted for 3.30 hours, and more than 27,900 individuals joined the fundraising activity, donating over MNT240 million in total to the bank account of the State Emergency Commission.
