Mongolian Ambassador to Canada attends PDAC Convention 2020

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Ambassador of Mongolia to Canada Ya.Ariunbold took part in the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) Convention 2020 held in Toronto, Canada between March 1 and 4.
During the annual convention, Ambassador Ya.Ariunbold met with Chair of the Canadian-Mongolian inter-parliamentary group and member of the Canadian Parliament for Don Valley East district Yasmin Ratansi to exchange views on planned works by the inter-parliamentary group for 2020.
Then, he held a meeting with Dane Lloyd, Member of the Canadian Parliament, discussing the growth of economic ties of Mongolia and Canada.
Moreover, Ambassador Ya.Ariunbold made an address to the CERBA Eurasia Mining Conference 2020, organized by the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) within the framework of the PDAC Convention.
Delivering a presentation about the investment environment of Mongolia, the Ambassador briefed about an agreement between Mongolia and Canada for the promotion and protection of investments.
