Governor meets Deputy Mayor of Miyakonojo city of Japan

/MONTSAME/ Governor of the capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar S.Amarsaikhan
on October 21 met with a delegation headed by Deputy Mayor of the Japanese city
of Miyakonojo Iwasaki Toru.
Expressing
pleasure with the development of bilateral relations and cooperation, Governor S.Amarsaikhan thanked the Japanese side for warmly welcoming
Mongolian children and providing them with an opportunity to explore Japanese
culture and traditions under the student exchange programs that have been
successfully taking place since 2014. He also expressed readiness to expand
cooperation in cultural, humanitarian, educational, and many other fields.
Mr. Iwasaki
Toru showed interest in deepening cooperation between the two cities in
culture, education, and sports and noted that there are opportunities for
exchanging experience and working together in various areas.
The
sides talked about developing cooperation in all sectors by linking
businesspeople, producers, and agricultural companies of the two cities.
