Micro project for export of agricultural products to be implemented

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On January 12, Program Manager of Regional Economic Cooperation and Integration in Asia of the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) Magnus C.M.Brod held a meeting with officials of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry.
At the meeting, the sides agreed to implement a micro pilot project on increasing export volume of Mongolian agricultural products between 2019 and 2021.
While exchanging views on a possibility of cooperation, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry expressed their interest to cooperate towards rendering technical assistance to SME for producing export-oriented products, facilitate trade, and improving efficient regulation for cross-border transport and logistics.
