Deputy Ministers and State Secretaries appointedPolitics
Cabinet appointed Deputy Ministers and State Secretaries of some ministries
during its regular meeting on January 9.
G.Elbegsaikhan was appointed as a Deputy Minister of Justice and Home Affairs. He graduated from the School of Law, the National University of Mongolia, and the University of Exeter, the UK. He has experience in working in law sector for 18 years, including legal advisor at Balco LLC, specialist and head of department of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, deputy chief of Mongolia Immigration Agency as well as others.
B.Munkhbaatar was appointed as Deputy Minister of Construction and Urban Development. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology, Law School of the National University of Mongolia and the University of East London (UEL).
Since 2016, he has been working as member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Erdenes Oyu Tolgoi LLC. Prior, he was the governor of Bayanzurkh district of Ulaanbaatar and held numerous public service positions in various ministries. Also he formerly served as a Deputy Mayor of Ulaanbaatar city from 2008 to 2012.
