PM meets Senator Dan Sullivan

U.Khurelsukh met U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan and exchanged views on bilateral
relations and cooperation.

Sullivan expressed his satisfaction with expanding friendly relations
between Mongolia and the USA in mutually trusted atmosphere and commended that
troops of Mongolia and America are serving together in Afghanistan, contributing
to global and regional stability.
Mr. Dan Sullivan stated that he would support and co-author in presenting the Mongolia Third Neighbor Trade Act which was submitted to the U.S.Congress. The bill is important in terms of exporting Mongolian cashmere and other textile garments to the United States duty free and increasing Mongolia-U.S. trade. Moreover, Mr. Dan Sullivan expressed gratitude to the Government of Mongolia and its people for rendering assistance to those affected by Hurricane Florence occurred in South and North Carolina.
The sides emphasized an importance of supporting people-to-people ties, quoting great contribution of US volunteers for it.
