‘Safety first-participation 2018’ forum running

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ Within the frames to celebrate the 40th anniversary of ‘Erdenet’ Mining Corporation, the forum and exhibition ‘Safety first - participation 2018’ is running on March 29-30 at ‘Uurkhaichin’ Cultural Palace of Orkhon aimag.
The event gathers over 400 participants of public organizations, NGOs and mining companies who are discussing issues of labor safety and hygiene, exchanging good practices and determining proper ways to solve challenges to submut proposals to decision-makers.
The participants simultaneously agreed that any industrial accident and illness surely occur by certain causes and it is possible to build effective preventive habits to eliminate the causes.
During the forum, B.Delgerjargal, chief of Mining Policy Department at the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry, put a presentation themed ‘Safety in mining sector and present hygienic condition’.
