Benefit concert for firefighting on August 5

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian rock and pop artists unite to help fight against wildfire, a recent outbreak of which burned large territories in several aimags.
By the initiative of rock group ‘Hurd’, the artists plan to stage a charity concert named ‘We love our country’ on August 5 at the central Stadium.
Dedicated to over 40 thousand Mongolians who want to contribute to wildfire suppression operations and protect their homeland, the concert will cost MNT 10 thousand per one ticket. The money raised from the benefit concert will be used by the National Emergency Management Agency in purchasing a firefighting aircraft.
The organizers encourage the Mongolian people to enjoy an evening with the biggest names in Mongolian music, and help better equip the emergency agency in fighting wildfires in the future.
