Defense Minister attends int’l forum in China

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia’s Minister of Defense Ts.Tsolmon has participated in  international forum of defense leaders, which ran October 16-18 in Beijing of China themed “Asia-Pacific regional security cooperation: Present situation and tendency”.

Co-organized by the Society of Military Sciences of China and the International Society for Strategy Studies, the forum brought together Defense Ministers of 16 countries, 500 high ranking military, and scholars from five countries. The Mongolian Minister Tsolmon was accompanied by Colonel G.Saikhanbayar, a head of the Ministry’s Department of Strategy, Policy and Planning, and by Lieutenant-General Ts.Dashzeveg, a researcher at the Scientific Institute of Defense.
