Commemorative Stamp Marks the 50th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Mongolia and Germany
January 31, 2024, marked the 50th
anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and
the Federal Republic of Germany. To mark this occasion, a commemorative stamp
was unveiled under the theme "50 Years of Diplomatic Relations between
Mongolia and the Federal Republic of Germany."
Advisor on Foreign Policy to the President
of Mongolia Odbayar Erdenetsogt conveyed during the opening ceremony that a
series of activities will be organized in Ulaanbaatar and Berlin throughout the
year as part of the anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations
between Mongolia and the Federal Republic of Germany, and he underscored that
the ceremony, held yesterday, marks the commencement of the anniversary
celebrations. In addition, he noted that he is confident that relations and
cooperation between the two countries, which share common values such as
democracy, human rights, and the rule of law, will expand in the years ahead.
