　18日、ゴムボジャブ・ザンダンシャタル国会議長発案で、国会予算常任委員会が主催した税制を抜本的な改定する「租税法改正」に関する一般公聴会が開かれ、財務省、法務・内務省、金融規制委員会、モンゴル銀行、国税庁、モンゴル商工会議所、モンゴル全国労働組合連合、モンゴル・ビジネス協議会、在モンゴル・米国商工会議所代表部、全国納税者権益保護協会など、関係者100名ほどが参加した。

貿易開発銀行、what3wordsを導入
　貿易開発銀行（TDB）はWhat3Wordsと3 つの単語のジオコーディングシステムを導入し、すべての支店とA T M の正確な座標位置を特定した。What3Wordsとの公式協力協定の調印式は18日に行われた。

ナランバータル氏：石炭価格が20％～30％上昇、可能性が確かにある
中国の石炭輸入量トップはオーストラリア。その量は全輸入量の44％に及ぶ。しかし、オーストラリアは、1月31日から連日、記録的な豪雨に見舞われた。特に、石炭輸出にとって主要な拠点となった同国北東部クイーンズランド州では、鉄道が被害を受け、一般炭や原料炭ともに、運搬が停止されているという。クイーンズランド州における豪雨災害がモンゴル産石炭輸出へ影響等について経済学者L.ナランバータルに聞いた。

　2018年度は、モンゴル経済で様々な出来事があった。上半期だけの通貨流通高は3兆2000億トゥグルグ。前年同期比1880億トゥグルグ増えた。年末にかけて経済成長率は6.4％に達すなど良い年であった。

2018年度のモンゴル貿易
　モンゴルは2018年11月時点で、70カ国以上へ物を売り、150カ国以上から物を買っている。その中で、ロシアと中国との貿易が最大の割合を占める。過去12年間の統計によると、貿易収支は2007年から2013年までに赤字（輸入が輸出よりも多い）、2014年から2018年間は、貿易黒字（輸出が輸入を上回る）であった。単純に貿易黒字は外貨獲得を意味し、その幅が大きければ大きいほど、経済・社会発展のためになることは言うまでもない。　モンゴル銀行と関税庁が定期的に公表している統計を基に、貿易における国別収支状況を見てみよう。
