Japanese Foreign Minister arrives in Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan T.Motegi has arrived in Mongolia today, October 9 to pay an official visit at the invitation of Mongolian Foreign Minister N.Enkhtaivan.


Within the visit, Japan’s Foreign Minister T.Motegi will pay courtesy calls on President Kh.Battulga and Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh alongside holding official talks with his Mongolian counterpart N.Enkhtaivan. During the talks, the sides are expected to discuss about keeping frequency of high-level talks for strengthening Mongolia-Japan strategic partnership, expanding and deepening bilateral cooperation in all potential areas. Furthermore, the sides planned to exchange views on mutually interested regional matters.  


This is the fifth visit being paid by the Japanese Foreign Ministers and Foreign Minister Taro Kono visited Mongolia last year.
